Welcome to Saksham Decorators. These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Saksham Decorators (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to clients (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By booking our services, making a payment, or signing a proposal/quotation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Saksham Decorators provides event planning, decoration, production, and event management services including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, social gatherings, and private functions.

All services are provided as per the final agreed quotation, proposal, or contract.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after advance payment as mentioned in the quotation.

Verbal discussions or emails do not guarantee booking unless payment is received.

Dates are blocked strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Payments & Pricing

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Advance payment is mandatory to confirm the event.

Remaining balance must be cleared before or on the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any additional services or last-minute changes requested by the client will be charged separately.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the client cancels the event:

Advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation charges may vary depending on preparation stage and vendor commitments.

If Saksham Decorators cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to refunding the amount received (excluding third-party/vendor expenses).

5. Event Changes & Modifications

Any changes in event date, venue, timing, or requirements must be communicated in writing.

Changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client must ensure timely access to the venue for setup and dismantling.

Necessary permissions, approvals, licenses, and venue clearances must be arranged by the client unless agreed otherwise.

Client is responsible for providing accurate event details.

7. Damage & Liability

Any damage caused to decor items, props, equipment, or venue due to guests, vendors, or client negligence will be charged to the client.

Saksham Decorators is not responsible for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Guest injuries

Weather conditions

Power failures

Venue restrictions

8. Force Majeure

Saksham Decorators shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, accidents, or acts of God.

9. Third-Party Vendors

We may engage third-party vendors (florists, lighting, sound, fabrication, etc.).

Saksham Decorators is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party vendors, though we will coordinate professionally.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, layouts, and creative materials remain the property of Saksham Decorators.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, or use designs without written permission.

11. Photography & Promotion

Saksham Decorators reserves the right to use event photographs/videos for:

Portfolio

Website

Social media

Marketing purposes
If the client does not wish this, written notice must be provided prior to the event.

12. Safety & Compliance

We follow industry safety standards; however, client must ensure venue safety compliance.

Children and guests must be supervised around decor installations and equipment.

13. Complaints & Disputes

Any complaints must be reported within 48 hours after the event.

Disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, legal jurisdiction shall be Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

14. Limitation of Liability

Saksham Decorators’ liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the event. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

16. Acceptance

By booking our services, making payment, or signing any agreement, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
